I am an ex-crossfitting, now novice oly lifter. I am a reasonably athletic 46 y.o. 5'6" 69 kg male, and have access to the eye of a coach here in Atlanta.

I have read your article on programming Adam Zuckerman with interest because of the training schedule/frequency suits my lifestyle, and because of the time horizon---target of American Masters in late 2010.

I have never competed, but my current in-gym PR's are: Snatch 65kg, C&J 86kg, front squat 102.5, and low bar back squat of 127.5. My targets for the lifts by the end of 2010: 68/95?

Is there any simple way for me to apply my numbers into the Adam Zuckerman template for a novice?
