question about training program

hello to all lifters in takano forum.i want to ask a personal question mr takano.i want to ask you if you have weightlifting programs from germany(and east germany)and form poland.

Frank Mantek, the national coach of Germany will be speaking at the U.S. Olympic Training Seminar in mid-March. If any materials are made available I will try to post them. Furthermore one of the candidates for the U.S. National Team coach position is Zygmunt Smalcerz of Poland. If he is employed, I will try to find out what is contained in his training programs.
