mr takano hello from greece.i want to ask a question about pulling question.when lift up the bar from thef loor and the bar reaches below the knees the center of bodyweight is in the center of the foot(?),when the bar passes the knees the bodyweight goes to the heel(?) and in the power position the center of bodyweight is in the ball of the feets(?).when perform an exercise like the clean/snatch pull to kness(the bar not pass th knees)the center of bodyweight is in the middle of the foot?i am looking forward to hearing for you.

Yes,
All of your queries are correct. The balance is furthest back when the bar reaches the knee. At that point the balance is on the heels. It is on the balls of the feet at power position. Good luck!

hello mr takano.before few days i bought a power rack.because i want to strengthen my leg joints(i have a syndrome of relaxed joints) which exercises is best to use about your opinion?also i want to try isometric exercises for the legs.can you give me a sample program of exercises which i can to perform in the power rack for the leg muscles?i know you are busy but i dont hurry to answer in my question.i am looking forward to hearing for you.
