hello coach.i am 1.80 cm height with my back height is more the 31% of the total body my upper leg is shorter than the 50% of total leg height my arm height is more than 38% of total body height my upper arm is almost equal with the 55% of whole arm height but my whole leg is longer than my torso height.(the measurment percentages i have taken from carl miller article "BODY PORPOTION" from iol magazine volume 6 numbers 1,2,3 issues).i hope to understand my somatotype(i will try to send you a photo.).which is the best way to aproach the starting position for the snatch and c&j lift?(i mean grip width hip height ,my feet distance from the bar,etc.).in this article i raed that the lifters with longer back in relation total body height is better in snatch exercise.why?(my best snatch is 105 kgr and my best c&j 117).also before 2-3 months you write in your blog an exercise for your lifter who needs more strngth in rhomboids muscles, but i cant find it(if i remember a exercise in incline bench).if i dont tire you can you write it again for me?i am looking forward to hearing for you.
