hello coach.thank you very much for your past response in my question.now i want to ask you a good exercise for rhomboid muscle and if exercises for upper back(like rows and chins) have effective in weightlifting training.i am looking forward to hearing for you.
EG:you will ask the new USA coach from poland about his training philosophy and training program?

Rows done with the trunk parallel to the floor and elbows going up to the side work best. Chins behind neck are also very useful. I will try to speak with Zygmunt when I get the chance. Good luck!
